If you are fond of the Internet Explorer or would like to pin the tile to your Start Screen, you should make the IE your default browser
Quickly Set IE As Default
1. Step Go to the Start screen and then hit CTRL + F and enter Internet Explorer into the search

2. Step Once opened you should see a welcome screen that asks you to make the Internet Explorer your default browser. If you have previously clicked “No, thanks” you can re-open this page by copying and pasting the following address into your address bar:
res://ieframe.dll/defaultbrowser.htm
3. Step Hit enter and click the button Set default browser
4. Step Once that is done, you can continue and pin the IE tile to your Star Screen
