Windows has hundreds of setting that you can use to customize your computer. Some may be accessed from the Control Panel, but many are in different locations in the Operating System.

A simple solution is to create a hidden folder, where all the settings can be accessed with on click and perhaps the best location may be on your desktop. The folder has already been created, but remains hidden.
The following solution will show how to access the folder from your Desktop.
Super Admin control from your desktop
1. Step Right Click on your Desktop and create a new Folder.
2. Step Rename the folder Super.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
3. Step The icon of the folder changes with the name Super
4. Step What transforms the folder into a special folder is the alpha numeric string between the curly brackets, and you can actually name the folder any name you wish.
Double on the icon, and it should open the contents of the folder, where you may find scores of applications that you can use to adjust your settings and how your computer operates.
The settings and adjustments are organized by category, and you can expand the category tree by clicking the small triangle next to it.

5. StepDouble click any adjustment or task you wish to perform, you may be asked for an admin password or confirmation from the UAC
